You may also renew your membership (if it expires before July 1, 2025) or register as a new member.

Discount available during the online registration period (April 5 - June 12th) for new members only!

In this form, you can register for the conference, housing, meal plans, workshops, and field trips for up to two additional guests.
You will not have the option to add any items or sessions after you complete the payment.

Core Conference Registration

Core FULL (3-day) registration includes:

  • All activities from July 13 (Sunday) evening to July 16 (Wednesday) evening, including business lunch and banquet
  • Excludes field trips and workshops

Core DAY registration includes:

  • All activities and business lunch (Tuesday only) for each day you attend during July 14 (Mon), July 15 (Tue) and/or July 16 (Wed)
  • Exclude the banquet, workshops, and field trips
  • You must select the days that you will participate in the "Session" section below

GUEST registration is a great choice if you are bringing a friend/spouse/significant other who is not an illustrator but still wants to hang out and enjoy the fun events. You can register for up to two additional guests by pressing "+Add Attendee" in the registration page for each of them.

HOUSING

  • On-campus lodging is in Crimson Hall located on East Campus next to the Parking Garage. Room styles consist of singles and doubles in suite congurations.
  • Check-in starts: 4:00 pm Sat 7/12; last check-out: NOON Sun 7/20.
  • Select a suite style and the number of nights in the "Event Sessions" in the registration form. 

Available suite styles:

  • 3-person suite = 1 single bedroom + 1 double bedroom
  • 4-person suite = 2 double bedrooms (most common)
  • 6-person suite = 2 single bedrooms + 2 double bedrooms

MEALS

  • Whether you have registered for the Core FULL or Core DAY, the meal plan is the same. 
  • All meals, other than the Business Lunch and Banquet, will be at the East Campus Commons. Attendees and guests are requested to pre-purchase.
  • Special meal(s) on the meal plan during the conference week, are shown in the list below.
  • For instance, you can choose a Monday breakfast, lunch and dinner, a Tuesday breakfast and dinner, and just breakfast on Wednesday.
  • Meals are separate from housing.

Special meals:

  • Annual member business meeting & lunch (Tuesday, 12:00–1:30 pm)
    This lunch is included with core full and day (Tues.) registrations.
  • Annual banquet dinner (Wednesday, 6:00–10:00 pm)
    Banquet dinner is included with core full registration only. Cash bar.

All meals must be pre-purchased. No paying at the door.

FIELD TRIPS AND WORKSHOPS

Field trips and workshops will take place on 7/13 (Sun) and between 7/17–19 (Thu–Sat). Details for each field trips and workshops could be found at:

Registration Policy

  • All forms must include payment and be postmarked by May 5, 2025 to receive the Early Bird Registration Discount. Online Early Bird Registration Discount ends May 5, 2025.
  • Registrations cancelled before June 1st are eligible for a 100% refund; registrations cancelled before June 21st are eligible for a 50% refund. After June 21st, partial refunds may be available, depending on commitments made to nonrefundable activities and services.   • By registering for this conference, you acknowledge participation of your own free will and will not hold the GNSI, its Board of Directors, or its volunteers responsible for any personal injury to your life or limbs during the course of this event.
